Under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), personal data will be processed by Quad Shipment, as the Data Controller, for the purposes of recording, storing, transferring, updating, and classifying personal data in accordance with the purposes set out below, and subject to limitations related to business purposes. In this context, the Company ensures the protection of personal data with high-level technology to prevent unlawful processing and access to personal data and to ensure its security, in compliance with the Law and Regulations aimed at safeguarding the privacy of individuals and their fundamental rights and freedoms.
The personal data processed by our company include: Name-Surname, ID number, Phone numbers (Home-Work), Email address, Signature, call center/customer service voice recordings, bank information, communication addresses (delivery and shipping addresses), recipient's address and contact information, recipient's identification details, detailed information about the delivery product you provided to us, personal data for proper addressing, sales, supply, logistics management, process management, invoicing, legal notifications, delivery operations, tracking customer requests and/or complaints, management of business processes, product and service promotion, advertising, communication, promotions, marketing, determining usage habits, sending commercial electronic communications, providing customers with products and services, planning the sales and marketing activities of products and services, fulfilling contractual and legal liabilities correctly, creating special services for members, establishing visitor and customer records, completing the processes of commercial collaborations (carrier, agent, supplier, etc.), managing and communicating with business partners and collaborators, planning, implementing, and managing strategies, improving the services provided on our website, fixing website errors, ensuring contract and financial agreement on the products and services, and using it as evidence in case of disputes.
Your personal data, in line with the above purposes and in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations, may be shared with our company’s shareholders, employees, business partners, suppliers, agents, branches, transporters, contractors, domestic and international affiliates, persons, institutions, public legal entities authorized to receive data, banks, credit risk and financial institutions, tax, legal, and similar advisors, mandatory persons for legal follow-ups, institutions and organizations, and auditors, third parties from whom our company receives consultancy services, and companies operating on behalf of our company.
The personal data you share with our company will be collected automatically and/or manually through our website, call center, offices, social media platforms, and mobile applications for the purposes listed in Article 3, in accordance with the company’s legitimate interests, ensuring that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual are not harmed. Your personal data will be stored and protected in physical and/or electronic environments. Our company has established a high-level technological security infrastructure to prevent unauthorized access, loss, damage, and seizure of personal data, and this infrastructure will be continuously updated. Your personal data will be stored with all necessary precautions, and without your consent, will not be used for purposes other than those stated above. The retention period for personal data is the legal retention period, and if no specific legal retention period is set, your personal data will be processed and stored for the period required by the purpose of collection and storage. After the end of this period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized from our company’s database.
Based on the personal data you provide:
a) You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed,
b) Request information about your personal data if it is processed,
c) Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
d) Know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
e) Request correction of your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete,
f) Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions prescribed by law,
g) Request that the operations conducted under items (e) and (f) be communicated to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
h) Object to the processing of your personal data by automated systems if it leads to a negative consequence for you,
i) Request compensation for any damages caused by the unlawful processing of your personal data.
Requests regarding these rights can be submitted by filling out the application form on our website, www.quadshipment.com, and delivering it to Beştepe Mah. Nergis Sok. Via Flat Plaza No: 7/2 Office No: 32 Yenimahalle / ANKARA or by sending it to info@quadshipment.com. Your requests will be concluded free of charge within 30 days.
